Welcome to Paradise at Rookery 3, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage in Fort Morgan, Alabama. Located on a quiet street in the popular Rookery 3 community, this clean and coastal getaway comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is perfect for families, couples, baseball teams, and beach vacations.
Only minutes from the white sandy beaches and about 15 miles from Gulf Shores attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Parking is included in cleaning fee .

The cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. Provided amenities include a coffee bar, beach towels, and Starter packs for kitchen and baths. We understand you are coming to enjoy the white sandy beaches of gulf shores and we have you covered with beach equipment. A beach wagon, cabana, umbrellas, and beach chairs are available for your use.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom: King-sized bed, chest with plenty of storage, and on- suite with large bathtub and shower combo. A smart TV for you to stream your favorite app or enjoy satellite cable. Charging stations with USB chargers for both nightstands.
Guest bedroom 2: King-sized bed and chest with plenty of storage. A smart TV for you to stream your favorite app or enjoy satellite cable. Charging stations with USB chargers for both nightstands.
Guest bedroom 3: This Under the Sea themed room is a dream for kids. This room has custom-built bunk featuring two twin beds over two full beds, can sleep up to 6. A Smart TV for them to stream their favorite shows. Additional table and chairs for the kids who enjoy sitting doing crafts.
Open Concept Living Room / Kitchen / Dining:
This open floor concept features a large Gourmet kitchen with plenty of space for meal prep and cooking. There is also a separate dining area with seating for 6, where you can enjoy your meal with your family. The family room has new furniture and a 65-inch smart TV where you can stream your favorite app.
Relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy the breeze and the sounds of nature at your own private paradise with plenty of seating available. Outdoor grill and equipment available for use.
The resort-style amenities at Rookery III include access to two pools, public beach access, and a clubhouse. One pool is a stunning zero-entry freeform pool, situated directly adjacent to the clubhouse. The clubhouse offers on-site restrooms with some arcade games. This pool offers plenty of room to lounge in the beach chairs or go for a swim.
The beach is located a short 1/2 mile from the cottage. Alternatively, golf carts are available for rent from Looksgoodgulfkarts and are an efficient and fun way to cruise to the beach or around the neighborhood.
We are on a peninsula surrounded by water, so please expect insects around Gulf Shores and the property. You are coming to experience the area and stay in one of the beautiful cottages; we cannot control anything beyond our service and inside the home.
A maximum of two (2) parking spaces are available at the cottage. Parking fees are assessed by the HOA and are included cleaning fee for this property. Your parking passes will be inside the cottage at check-in and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.

Colorful spacious cottages. Friendly neighbors and lots of area to run play, grill to your hearts content, ride bikes, adult beverages are allowed on Fort Morgan beach, not like Gulf Shores or Orange Beach.
We are a crazy community for golf carts we love them, we take them down the trail, right to the beach also to the local restaurant and shops. We cannot drive them on the main road through! If your here for special occasions you will see a golf cart parade. Those of us that live here call each other family we love the Rookery 3 and we love people who enjoy it with us.
Renting golf carts is very common here.
A lot of people like to bike ride, bring your own, or Fort Morgan Beach Rentals has them and they also offer chairs, tents, kayaks etc.
It is about a 10 min walk to the beach, even though it’s directly across the street, it’s just the way the access points are to get there. There is a public car park and you can also park along Cortez Street . Bring your skate-boards bring your scooters the streets by the beach are nice and smooth. Gulf State park is popular for a bike ride. Bike rental is available there also! Rent a slingshot and drive Fort Morgan road and enjoy the drive the smell of the beach air. Drive to the Fort at the end of the peninsula. Rent some kayaks and cruise around the bay that backs up to Rookery for the day maybe even see the sunset while on kayaks it’s quite breathtaking!
Please not the parking fees are included in the cleaning fee .

We had an amazing time. The cottage was so cute and perfect for seven of us. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had. I left my wedding rings by accident at the pool and thank goodness they were returned safely by the owner! We loved renting a golf cart to ride to the beach. It was worth every penny! The location was perfect distance from the pool and the beach. The back porch was screened in and we spent every night out there for hours laughing and joking as a family!
We loved our trip here! The hosts were very friendly and were very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and inviting. The pool was walkable and the dog beach was very close. The main priority for our trip was the dog beach, and it was right around the corner! Sassy Bass Island was about 8 mins away and had a great view of the beach. It was fun to sit and watch the sunset. We would love to return to stay here again!
I would highly recommend this place!! It was very accommodating. I loved having all the necessities for the beach, they came in so handy!! It was very clean & quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was the 10:30 pool close time. But it was well worth what I paid. And having free beach access too. We plan to stay here again!!
We loved this cottage, it was perfect for our trip. We had 3 adults and 2 kiddos. We loved the pool and we always love our time in Fort Morgan!! Can’t wait to come back here again!
