The cottage offers a rare sense of tranquility while keeping you minutes from the action. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the screened patio as the marsh birds wake up, then hop in a golf cart ride to the nearby pools and beach. After a day of sun and sand, our high-speed internet will keep everyone happy.

Located on a stunning peninsula surrounded by water, you’ll be immersed in nature. Please note: Being near the water means coastal insects are part of the outdoor experience, but our screened patio offers a private sanctuary to enjoy the breeze!
We are on a peninsula surrounded by water, so please expect insects around Gulf Shores and the property. You are coming to experience the area and stay in one of the beautiful cottages; we cannot control anything beyond our service and inside the home.
Guess have access to all areas of the community. Two parking passes are available. If you need a third, please let us know in advance, as we will need to locate an available spot. $125 for the third spot paid to the Community Owners Association. Failure to put parking passes on the dashboard can cause large fines.
You will receive the door entrance code a couple of days before arrival. If the home is left in good condition before your arrival, we may be able to let you arrive early.$ We ask everyone to leave the home how you found it; it gives everyone a chance to have almost an extra full day at the beach!
During the winter season, the Bodenheimer Center offers a $10 daily pass for heated indoor pool classes and gym facilities, tennis courts, etc. We also offer huge monthly discounted rates in theoff-season.

Golf cart rentals available.
I’m available almost 24/7 every day of the year. And if I’m not available, I will try to have someone available for you, and I also live close by!

If you even want to know what great SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY looks and feel like come and stay here! I planned my (40th birthday road trip), 2 month's in advance the communication leading up to the trip and during our stay was spot on. The cleanness of the house was just as what others have expressed in past reviews. There were one hiccup but it was fixed quickly, but the only thing I feel needed to be added is a full length mirror in every bedroom, if possible. But I will book again for future trips. Thanks for everything😊
Everyone, this is the place to stay!!! The home was incredible and the furnishings and decor was better than the pictures. Perfect place for 3 adults and 3 kids to stay. Patio was so pleasant in the evenings. Was blown away at the quality and care even text reminders when it was going to be super hot and what to do about sun exposure. Every detail was thought of and I would 300% go back tomorrow if I could! Thanks so much for a perfect getaway!
We had such a great family vacation down in Fort Morgan! The house was amazing and the setup was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have some space and relax. Our host was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. She sent little messages throughout our stay with little tips and places to go, flag updates, and sun protection tips. 10/10 would recommend to check this place out yourself. We had a great stay and would definitely visit again.
Perfect house for our group of 9! 2 min drive from the beach and a market, 10 min drive to the pier, 5 min drive to Dollar General. If you have everything you need before arriving, you don’t need to make a trip into town with the small stores by you and can avoid the Gulf Shores traffic - which was nice! Tons of beach and shower towels. Beach items provided. Host was super responsive and helpful!
This was a great place for our group of nine. The kids loved the bunk bed room and everything was comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the amenities in the kitchen as well as a few beach things that we were able to use! We loved taking advantage of the nice pool which was quick and easy to get to! Thanks for a great stay!
I must admit, this place was very welcoming, cozy, and serene. It was just what we were looking for in a family vacation. The house was very clean, free of odors and it was fully furnished with everything we needed. Easy access to the beach was definitely a plus. Great job to the host and co-host!!!
